Our Philosophy
Peas in a Pod learning center LLC, philosophy creates learning conditions that enhance thinking through expressive, communicative and cognitive languages. We believe that children, their families and society all benefit from a high quality, early childhood program and that there is a critical link between a child’s early experiences and later successes in life.

The mission of our learning center is to provide a model program responsive to the changing needs of children, parents, faculty, staff and the community.

The goal of the program is to provide a high quality, affordable, ECE program for children birth to 12 years old, opportunities for parent involvement and with high education and training requirements for staff. Building positive relationships is considered fundamental and essential for the well being of the children. The program supports a strong working relationship among children, staff, parents and the community.
Our Children
For the children, we strive to maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing environment where the developmental needs of the children are addressed. Our goal is to promote your child’s independence, self-esteem, positive attitudes and readiness skills through exposing your child to a wide variety of activities that enhance his/her social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth. Our curriculum is
designed to allow children to learn at their own pace and allows us to meet their individual needs.
Our Parent
For the parents, we strive to keep the program affordable, and available. We want our parents to feel part of our program too. We do this by providing alot of parent engagment opportunities. Parent engagement helps create a supportive home environment where children feel valued, loved, and encouraged to learn. When parents show interest in their child's education by attending or participating in our events, helping with school work, and communicating with our teachers, it fosters a sense of partnership between home and daycare.​​
Our Staff
For staff, we strive to provide an atmosphere that will attract and retain well trained personnel, by maintaining good working conditions. We encourage a sense of cooperation and open communication among staff at our learning center . The Program maintains high educational and training requirements for staff. Staff is required to take 12 hour classes throughout the 12month calendar year. This is a required for all who work at Peas in a Pod learning center.​​
